In total, KHA currently owns and/or operates approximately 481 rental units and administers approximately 200 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers in the City of Kingston. The KHA portfolio consists of studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms.
Rondout Gardens:
131 units of studio, one, two, three, four and five-bedrooms of families, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities.
Colonial Gardens:
98 units of families, senior, handicapped, and disabled housing.
Colonial Gardens Addition:
32 units of senior and disabled housing
Wiltwyck Gardens:
60 units of senior and disabled housing.
Leonard & Vera Van Dyke Apartments:
120 units of families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
Brigham Senior Housing:
40 units for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Housing Choice Voucher:
The KHA administers a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. The program administers 359 federally aided Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
